I also also ALWAYS have a bowl of fruit on the side to make this a more balanced meal 🙂 50g of oat flour* (or oats blended to flour) 5g of cocoa powder* 25g of a chocolate vegan protein powder* 1/2 tsp of baking powder 140-150mls of liquid (I just use water) 1 square of dark chocolate (I used @hukitchen ) Topped with: Dark choc chips All things marked with a star are from @Prozis_official (code FITFOODIEJULES for a discount + gifts ✨✨) Combine all ingredients together (except chocolate) then pour the batter into an oven safe dish/ramekin Add the square of dark chocolate to the centre, and cover with batter.
