@revilinglake 🥯 Low-cal Cinnamon Rolls?! Trying out @lowcalorie.chef’s viral 80 cals cinnamon roll recipe. Ingredients: 100g Plain Flour 120g Greek Yogurt (0%) 6g/1.5 Tsp Baking Powder 30g Ricotta Cheese Loads of cinnamon & sweetener Mix the flour, yogurt, and baking powder into a dough. (Bonus: Add a pinch of nutmeg to give it that bakery flavour) Mix the sweetener and 20g of ricotta and spread it on the flattened dough. Top it with a mixture of cinnamon & sweetener. Roll it up & cut equal pieces (I got 5). Bake @180C/360F for 20 minutes. Drizzle with a mix of 10g ricotta, sweetener, and a Tbsp of water. I got about 5 knarly looking cimanim rolls.
